KUALA LUMPUR (July 9): Signature International Bhd has launched HomeFest 2026, unveiling what it describes as an expanded home living ecosystem that brings together built-in cabinetry, renovation services, smart home solutions, wall panelling, furnishings and interior finishes under a single platform.

Held at the HOMEs Exhibition 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the initiative forms part of Signature’s expansion from a customised built-in cabinetry specialist to what it describes as a “360° Complete Home Living Solutions Provider”. The new platform is organised around four pillars: Signature Customised Built-In Cabinets, Signature Reno Works, Signature Smart Home Solutions, and Wall Panelling, Furnishings & Interior Finishes.

According to Signature, the expansion broadens its offering beyond its traditional cabinetry business into renovation, smart home technology and interior finishes through a single coordinated platform.

One accountable partner for the whole journey

Signature said modern homeowners increasingly want homes that are more connected, personalised and multifunctional, but still face fragmented processes that require coordinating multiple contractors, designers, suppliers and technology providers.

Group CEO Lau Kock Sang said customers consistently highlight three priorities: quality workmanship backed by robust quality assurance, professionally managed projects delivered with transparency, and having one accountable partner for the entire process.

“Today’s homeowners want more than individual products. They want quality they can trust, projects that are professionally managed, and one accountable partner who can simplify the entire home transformation journey,” he said.

Lau described HomeFest 2026 as “the next chapter of Signature’s evolution”, saying that by bringing its expanded capabilities together, the group aims to help homeowners create their “dream homes with greater coordination, transparency, confidence and peace of mind”.

Reno Works: Renovation under one roof

A key component of the strategy is Signature Reno Works, which offers renovation services covering wet works, mechanical and electrical works, lighting, tiling, ceiling works, painting and wall finishes. The service is designed to address common concerns such as unclear scopes, unexpected costs, delays, inconsistent workmanship and limited post-handover support.

Lau said the group’s structured project management approach is intended to bring greater structure and accountability through documented planning, dedicated site supervision, regular progress updates, progressive quality inspections and a 24-month quality assurance period after handover. Because Reno Works is integrated with Signature’s cabinetry and home living offerings, the company said it can better coordinate projects from site preparation through to installation and completion.

Smart Home Solutions coordinated from the start

Signature also introduced Signature Smart Home Solutions, a platform that integrates compatible smart home products and multiple brands through a central hub and unified application. Homeowners can manage lighting, security, curtains, climate control and other connected devices while setting personalised automation routines.

“Technology should simplify everyday living, not complicate it,” Lau said.

He added that incorporating smart home technology during the planning and design stages allows connected systems to be integrated into the overall living environment, while reducing the need for homeowners to engage separate providers for renovation and smart home installations.

AGMO wall panels widen finishes offering

Within its Wall Panelling, Furnishings & Interior Finishes pillar, Signature unveiled AGMO by Signature Wall Panel Solutions, a premium wall-panel brand featuring eco-friendly prefabricated wall systems.

The company said AGMO offers durable, easy-to-maintain wall solutions that complement its kitchens, wardrobes, furnishings and renovation services, adding texture and visual cohesion to living spaces.

Lau said the finishes pillar is intended to strengthen the integrated ecosystem by providing decorative wall panelling, soft furnishings, wall and floor coverings, and complementary interior solutions that help create cohesive living environments.

HomeFest 2026 campaign and rewards

HomeFest 2026 also serves as the banner for a nationwide campaign that Signature describes as its largest integrated home and living campaign to date. Running from July 9 to August 9, 2026, the campaign begins at HOMEs Exhibition 2026 before continuing across Signature showrooms nationwide over five consecutive weekends.

During the campaign, homeowners can experience the full home living ecosystem and access up to RM8 million in rewards and savings, including exclusive discounts, Trade-In Rewards, Refer & Earn Rewards and gifts. The company said the campaign is intended to showcase how the integrated ecosystem works across different stages of home renovation.

Beyond HomeFest, Signature has launched the Signature Grand Rewards Giveaway 2026, which runs until December 31, 2026, offering RM300,000 in rewards comprising Purchase & Win Rewards, a Home Makeover Giveaway and an RHB Bank Bhd travel prize featuring a trip for two to Hokkaido, Japan.

Financing partnerships and 48-Hour Trade-In Programme

During the Q&A session, Lau said Signature is open to expanding collaborations with additional financial institutions beyond its current partnership with RHB Bank Bhd to provide homeowners with more financing options for renovation and upgrading projects. He noted that the company already works with other banks and continues to offer installment plans.

As part of HomeFest 2026, Signature announced a strategic partnership with RHB Bank Bhd to offer eligible homeowners financing via the RHB Renovation Loan. Lau said the financing partnership is intended to give customers greater financial flexibility in undertaking home transformation works.

Signature also introduced Malaysian actress Diana Danielle as brand ambassador for its 48-Hour Trade-In Programme, which supports selected kitchen, wardrobe and living-space upgrades through trade-in rewards, professional dismantling and disposal services, and selected fast-track installation.

‘Future of home living defined by integration’

Lau framed the move as a reaffirmation of Signature’s role in Malaysian home living.

“For Signature, this is not simply an expansion of our offerings. It is a reaffirmation of the role we aspire to play in the lives of Malaysians, helping them create homes with greater confidence, convenience and peace of mind,” he said.

Lau added that HomeFest 2026 marks an important milestone in Signature’s evolution as a 360° Complete Home Living Solutions Provider. “As expectations evolve, the future of home living will be defined not by individual products, but by how seamlessly every element of the home comes together,” he said.
