PETALING JAYA (July 14): SC Estate Builder Bhd has received an extension of time from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to comply with the submission requirement for its combined circular relating to its proposed renewable energy diversification, acquisition, property investment diversification, amendments, joint venture and disposals.
The company in a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday said Bursa Securities had, via a letter dated July 13, granted SC Estate Builder an extension until September 30, to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the combined circular.
The extension was granted after Bursa Securities considered the relevant facts and circumstances, the company said in an announcement yesterday.
The proposals, collectively referred to as the “Proposals”, comprise six components:
1) proposed renewable energy diversification;
2) proposed acquisition;
3) proposed property investment diversification;
4) proposed amendments;
5) proposed joint venture; and
6) proposed disposals.
No further details on the status of the individual proposals were disclosed in the announcement.
