Ralis Group to launch freehold terrace project in Klang from RM760,058

PETALING JAYA (July 14): Ralis Group Sdn Bhd is set to launch Phase 2 of Araca @ Taman Bunga Raya, a terrace housing project in Klang, Selangor

The two-storey landed residential development sits on 4.125 acres at Lorong Raja Nong 18E/KS02, said Ralis in a press statement today. 

The project is scheduled for launch in 1Q2026, with vacant possession targeted for 1Q2028, subject to construction progress and approvals.

Phase 2 comprises 62 units across two lot sizes. Thirty units have a 20ft by 70ft footprint, while the remaining 32 units measure 20ft by 75ft. All units have a built-up area of 1,556 sq ft, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. End-lot units come with an additional 5ft of land.

Intermediate units on the 20ft by 70ft lots are priced between RM760,058 and RM787,508, while end-lot units are priced between RM937,533 and RM947,495.

For the larger 20ft by 75ft lots, intermediate units range from RM771,346 to RM791,346, while end-lot units are priced between RM962,818 and RM974,779.

All units come with individual freehold titles, with a monthly security fee of approximately RM110 for the guarded community.

The developer highlighted design elements including backyard extension options, built-in parcel drop boxes, natural lighting optimisation and cross-ventilation features.

Araca @ Taman Bunga Raya is located near several major highway corridors, including the Federal Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). The West Coast Expressway access point is about 4.6km from the development, with completion timelines subject to current project plans.

The project is also within reach of the Klang Valley rail network expansion, with the planned Sri Andalas LRT station approximately 2.9km away, while the Taman Selatan and Klang Jaya stations are within about 4.1km.

Nearby amenities include the Bukit Tinggi retail and commercial hub.

Ralis, incorporated in 2021, describes itself as a lifestyle and niche property developer founded by professionals with backgrounds spanning disciplines related to property development. Araca @ Taman Bunga Raya represents the group’s active project in Klang, following the earlier Phase 1 development.
