According to Anita Sharma (REN 00276) (012-360 7845) of Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked the terrace home that did not require big upgrades as it had been renovated to the specs he required. The home was also located away from the noisy commercial areas.

The previous owner needed a bigger home for his parents and children to be under one roof.

The property was on the market for one year after its asking price was reduced.

A transaction on Sept 10, 2025 saw a terrace house at Jalan Telawi 7, Bangsar with a land size of 3,798 sq ft sold at RM2.85 million, reflecting a price of RM750.39 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of mid-July, based on *33 sale listings on EdgeProp for terrace houses at Jalan Telawi, the average asking price was RM1,763,636 or RM1,004.47 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft. Based on *one rental listing, the asking monthly rate was RM8,000 or RM3.20 psf, based on land size of 2,500 sq ft.
