PTL Properties opens sales gallery for 664-unit The Rimbun in Bukit Mertajam

PETALING JAYA (July 13): Penang-based PTL Properties has opened the sales gallery for The Rimbun, a 664-unit freehold townhouse development in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, where indicative prices start from RM400,000.

The development offers two layouts with built-up areas of approximately 981 sq ft and 1,250 sq ft, with each unit comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

According to a press statement by PTL on Monday (July 13), The Rimbun will feature a clubhouse with facilities including a community hall, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, and a barbecue pit. Other planned features include AI-powered CCTV surveillance, EV charging point readiness and a gated and guarded community, with most units designed in a north-south orientation.

PTL said the sales gallery opening attracted more than 1,000 visitors. The event included family activities, an Aistru Coffee booth, complimentary fresh coconuts, appearances by two alpacas, and a talk show featuring BBK Lucas and Kah Mun. Key opinion leaders Sai, Bernice, Vikram and Zomic also attended the launch.

Bacfree, the supplier of The Rimbun's centralised water filtration system, hosted an exhibition booth to introduce visitors to the system's features and functions.

PTL said homebuyers who reserved a unit during the launch event were eligible to participate in a lucky draw with prizes worth up to RM30,000.
