PETALING JAYA (July 17): OSK Property has marked the topping-out of ALIA @ OSK Mori Park, the first residential phase of its master-planned township in Section 13, Shah Alam, while unveiling TAMU, the third phase of the development.

Launched in June 2024, ALIA has achieved a 98% sales rate and is expected to be completed at least six months ahead of schedule, according to the developer. The company said the milestone reflects construction progress and the continued rollout of the OSK Mori Park masterplan.

Construction is being undertaken by OSK Construction, the group’s in-house construction arm. OSK Property said the integrated development and construction approach is intended to strengthen coordination, quality control and timely delivery, adding that OSK Construction’s recently completed high-rise projects recorded an average QLASSIC score of 82%.

CEO Chu Wai Lune said reaching the topping-out milestone ahead of schedule reflects the group’s execution capability, while the sales performance of ALIA and BAYU @ OSK Mori Park indicates continued buyer demand for the township.

“Achieving this milestone months ahead of schedule also gives our homebuyers greater confidence in our ability to execute and deliver. At the same time, the strong sales performance of both ALIA and BAYU shows that homebuyers recognise the value of a well-planned development that brings together connectivity, convenience, lifestyle and long-term growth potential,” he said.

The second residential phase, BAYU @ OSK Mori Park, launched in May 2025, has achieved a 75% take-up rate, according to the developer.

Located in Section 13, Shah Alam, OSK Mori Park is a transit-oriented mixed-use development integrating residential, commercial and lifestyle components. It is about 700m from the LRT3 Stadium Shah Alam Station, which opened on June 29, 2026, and is accessible via the Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Guthrie Corridor Expressway.

OSK Property said infrastructure upgrades, the redevelopment of the Shah Alam Sports Complex precinct, urban rejuvenation initiatives and the expansion of surrounding commercial and lifestyle offerings are expected to support future growth in the area.

TAMU will be the third residential phase of OSK Mori Park, featuring 43 facilities, two- to four-bedroom residences, dual-key layouts and Commercial Signature Suites designed for lifestyle and business use. Selected commercial units will offer direct door-front car park access.

According to the developer, TAMU is designed for young professionals, families, entrepreneurs and investors, continuing the township’s integrated live-work-lifestyle concept.

Chu said the phase builds on the progress of ALIA and BAYU as OSK Property advances the OSK Mori Park masterplan.
