Tropicana holds employee wellness programme with over 350 participants

PETALING JAYA (July 20): Tropicana Corp Bhd held its second Employee Wellness at Work programme on July 3 in collaboration with healthcare partner AIA Bhd, attracting more than 350 employees to health screenings, wellness activities and educational sessions at its headquarters in Tropicana Gardens Office Tower, Tropicana Indah.

In a statement, the property developer said the programme, held from 10am to 5pm, featured healthcare talks, complimentary basic health screenings, wellness vendor booths offering healthy food and beverages, employee purchase programmes and other wellness-related activities.

The company said the initiative forms part of its environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments, particularly under its social pillar, by promoting employee well-being through workplace wellness programmes.

The event concluded with a lucky draw featuring prizes worth RM4,311, sponsored by AIA Bhd and participating wellness partners and vendors, including KOHA/Affin Hwang Trustee, TCM Harmony Yu An, Belly Happy, Fit Mom, ReGen Medical Centre Damansara, MBG Fruits, ReGen TCM, Beacon Resort, Farm Fresh, Amazin' Graze, Zazen Health Solutions, Cream & Culture, Cuckoo Wonderlab, Maybank, ZUS Coffee and GOClean.

Tropicana's Group Human Resource department said the programme reflects the group's commitment to an inclusive and supportive workplace through wellness initiatives, employee benefits, a conducive work environment, and continuous learning and development opportunities. It also thanked AIA Bhd and the participating partners for supporting the programme.
