S P Setia launches Aurora II double-storey homes in Setia Bayuemas South, Klang

PETALING JAYA (July 20): S P Setia Bhd has launched Aurora II, a residential phase comprising 69 double-storey terrace homes within its freehold Setia Bayuemas South township in Klang, Selangor.

The July 18 launch follows the commendable sales for Aurora I, which was introduced in February, said the developer in a press release today.   

With a gross development value of RM63.14 million, Aurora II comprises 22ft by 75ft terrace homes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, priced from RM840,000. Intermediate units have built-ups of 1,904 sq ft, while corner and end lots offer 1,967 sq ft.

Its chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said Aurora I's sales reflected homebuyers' continued confidence in S P Setia and the appeal of Setia Bayuemas as a preferred township destination in Southern Klang.

“The recent opening of the Shah Alam LRT Line (LRT 3), with Johan Setia Station located less than 3km away, further enhances accessibility and strengthens the township’s appeal. Combined with its strategic location, proven track record and integrated township ecosystem, Aurora II is well-positioned to attract discerning homebuyers seeking both lifestyle value and long-term investment potential,” she said in the statement.

Aurora II homes come with smart home features and S P Setia's eGreenLiving components, including smart locks, electric vehicle charger port provisioning and solar photovoltaic conduit readiness.

Residents will have access to green spaces including the 1km Linear Park, Aurora Central Park, Aurora Neighbourhood Park and the upcoming Setia Bayuemas Lake Park Two.

The township is accessible via the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), West Coast Expressway (WCE) and Kemuning–Shah Alam Highway (LKSA). 

Nearby schools include SK Kampung Pendamar, SJK(C) Wu Teck, Orbix International School, Collinz International School and Canary International School, while medical hubs in proximity are Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre and Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah.
