Radium marks Vista Adesa topping-out, targets 2Q2027 completion

PETALING JAYA (July 20): Radium Development Bhd has marked the structural completion of Vista Adesa, its 1,218-unit Residensi Wilayah project in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, with a topping-out ceremony, as the development remains on track for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

In a statement today, the developer said the ceremony, attended by its senior management and project partners, marked the completion of the building's structural framework. Vista Adesa is part of the broader Desa East Residences development, which carries a combined gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM1 billion.

Group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong said the milestone brings the project a step closer to delivery.

"As we reach the structural peak of this development, we are one step closer to fulfilling the homeownership dreams of over 1,200 families in a thriving, connected neighbourhood," he said.

Vista Adesa comprises 1,218 affordable housing units under the Residensi Wilayah scheme. Each 800 sq ft unit is priced from RM300,000 and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Located about 5km from Kuala Lumpur city centre, the development offers access to the Sungai Besi Highway, SMART Expressway, MEX Highway and Salak Expressway.

Vista Adesa forms part of Desa East Residences, alongside Radium Adesa Residence, which offers larger residential units.
