Sunsuria hits 88% take-up for Talisa

KUALA LUMPUR (July 21): Sunsuria Bhd’s (KL:SUNSURIA) second residential phase of Bangsar Hill Park, Talisa, has achieved an 88% take-up rate, according to a press statement issued on Saturday (July 18).

Targeted for completion in mid-2028, Talisa features residential units ranging from 917 to 1,478 sq ft, with layouts from two-bedroom to 3+1 bedrooms configurations.

The development comprises eight units per floor and is served by six high-speed lifts.

The announcement coincides with the grand opening of the standalone Bangsar Hill Park Gallery along Lorong Maarof in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

The gallery serves as a central showcase for the masterplan’s current and future offerings, featuring fully furnished show units.

The opening of the sales gallery follows the completion and handover of the development’s first residential phase, Verdura, in 2025.
