TA Global partners Gaggenau, Gessi and Laufen for CloutHaus Residences

KUALA LUMPUR (July 22): TA Global has partnered with Gaggenau, Gessi and Laufen to supply kitchen appliances, fittings and sanitaryware for CloutHaus Residences, the residential component of its RM3 billion mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

It said in its press statement on Tuesday (July 21) that the collaborations were formalised through the signing of three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) at the CloutHaus Sales Gallery.

Selected Gaggenau appliances, Gessi fittings and Laufen sanitaryware will be incorporated as standard across all residences.

Located on a freehold site along Jalan P Ramlee, about 50m from and directly opposite the Petronas Twin Towers, CloutHaus Residences is the signature residential component of TA Global's upcoming mixed-use development.

The development will include hospitality-inspired living spaces, curated amenities and a 50m infinity sky pool.

TA Global CEO Tiah Joo Kim said the company selected the three brands because they shared its commitment to craftsmanship and enduring design.

"An exceptional home is defined by the quality of its details. We chose Gaggenau, Gessi and Laufen because they share our commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship and timeless appeal," he said.

Gary Te, CEO of BSH Home Appliances Malaysia, said Gaggenau's heritage of German engineering and craftsmanship aligned with CloutHaus Residences' emphasis on quality.

"Rooted in Gaggenau's heritage of German engineering and timeless craftsmanship, this collaboration reimagines the residential kitchen as an inspiring culinary destination where exceptional design meets uncompromising performance," he said.

Matheus Dalberto Finato, sales and project manager at Gessi Singapore, said the brand's Italian craftsmanship and design philosophy complemented the project's vision for functional and aesthetically designed living spaces.

"For us, luxury lives in the quiet rituals of everyday life. Well-appointed spaces should perform beautifully while offering moments of restoration and wellbeing," he said.

Chan Sau Yoong, managing director of Roca Malaysia Sdn Bhd, said Laufen's Swiss-engineered sanitaryware would help create bathroom spaces that combine comfort with long-term durability.

TA Global said the partnerships reflect its vision of integrating architecture, interior design and branded fixtures throughout the development.
