Xanadu Millennium launches in Puchong with over 50% take-up

PETALING JAYA (July 28): Palm Springs Development Sdn Bhd has officially launched Xanadu Millennium, a RM700 million residential development in Puchong Perdana, Selangor. 

The project recorded more than 50% take-up at launch, reflecting encouraging demand for well-located homes targeting first-time buyers and owner-occupiers.

Located within Desa Millennia, the development comprises 1,245-units within two 39-storey towers on a 5.66-acre site, and offers residential-title condominium units designed for young families, professionals and homebuyers seeking long-term owner-occupation in an established township.

Speaking at the launch on Sunday (July 26), Palm Springs Development executive director Christopher Tan said the project was conceived to make quality homes more accessible without compromising on design, amenities or connectivity.

"Luxury living should not be reserved only for the privileged. Through thoughtful planning, quality workmanship and practical pricing, we want more families to experience a comfortable and elevated lifestyle without compromising affordability," said Tan.

The developer said the project is aimed primarily at buyers below the age of 40 within the B40 and M40 income groups.

According to its exclusive marketing agency Googolplex Realty Holdings Bhd (Gplex Realty), purchasers comprise a mix of first-time buyers, owner-occupiers, upgraders and investors, with the project attracting buyers from across Malaysia's multi-ethnic communities.

Gplex Realty managing director Jimmy Chao said the response reflected buyers' confidence in the project's combination of location, residential-title ownership and value proposition.

"Xanadu Millennium demonstrates that quality living can remain affordable while residential-title ownership continues to appeal to homebuyers seeking long-term value," said Chao.

‘Luxury Affordable’

Marketed under the developer's "Luxury Affordable" concept, Xanadu Millennium is priced from RM3xx,xxx. It offers two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts ranging from 697 sq ft to 1,323 sq ft, together with a limited collection of duplex penthouses exceeding 6,000 sq ft.

Construction is expected to be completed within 48 months.

Residents will have access to more than 60 lifestyle facilities centred around a 2.8-acre recreation podium, complemented by an adjoining four-acre public lake park that provides additional space for recreation and community activities. The development has also received GreenRE Gold certification, reflecting its focus on sustainable building design and energy efficiency.

Xanadu Millennium is located about 1.3km from both the Puchong Prima and Puchong Perdana LRT stations. The developer said it plans to introduce a shuttle bus service and a pedestrian walkway linking the development to the nearby stations to further improve accessibility.

The project is also connected to major highways including the LDP, SKVE, MEX, ELITE, NKVE, Kesas and PLUS Expressway, while shopping malls, schools, higher education institutions and healthcare facilities are located within the surrounding catchment.

Following the official launch, Palm Springs Development said the project's sales gallery and show units are now open to the public. Selected early-buyer incentives are also being offered.
