Mana Mana Hospitality manages 395 serviced-apartment units at The Stallionz @ Ipoh White Times Square

PETALING JAYA (Aug 7): Mana Mana Hospitality (MMH), a unit of Exsim Hospitality Bhd, is managing 395 serviced-apartment units at The Stallionz @ Ipoh White Times Square under a three-year service and management agreement.

According to MMH, in a statement on Monday (Aug 3), net rental revenue generated from the managed units is shared between unit owners and the company on an 80:20 basis, respectively.

The 395 units form part of The Stallionz @ Ipoh White Times Square, a leasehold commercial development by Exsim Caldwell (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd, a member of the Exsim Group. The development sits on a 2.75-acre site and comprises 424 SOHO units and six retail lots.

According to MMH, nightly room rates will vary depending on seasonality and occupancy, with average rates ranging from about RM180 to RM300.

The company marked the start of its management operations with a media and key opinion leader (KOL) preview, featuring guided tours of selected serviced-apartment units and common facilities. The event was held alongside the Northern Food Fest & Carnival.

MMH managing director Debbie Leow said the company aims to tailor its hospitality offerings to reflect the character and culture of each destination.

"Mana Mana Hospitality believes that every destination has a unique story to tell and our role is to bring that story to life through thoughtfully curated hospitality experiences. As we continue to grow our presence, we remain committed to creating stays that celebrate local culture, embrace the character of each destination, and leave guests with memorable experiences that inspire them to return," she said.

MMH also highlighted its Mana Mana Kaki loyalty programme, which offers members preferential room rates, promotions, rewards and other benefits across participating properties. The company said a promotional offer is available for the first 50 bookings made through its official website, subject to terms and conditions.
