IJM Land, Amona Group launch RM389m Enlace Suites II in Pantai Sentral Park

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 10): IJM Land Bhd, through a joint development with Amona Group, has officially launched Enlace Suites II in Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur on Sunday (Aug 9).

With a gross development value of RM389.31 million, Enlace Suites II stands at 38 storeys, featuring 290 units. Unit built-ups range from 506 sq ft to 2,034 sq ft, with selling prices starting from RM624,000 to RM3.22 million.

Targeted for completion by the end of 2029, the leasehold project is situated within the 58-acre Pantai Sentral Park master development, adjacent to the 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi.

The launch follows market response to Enlace Suites I, which has recorded a 70% take-up rate since its release last year, with all non-Bumiputera units fully sold.

IJM Land chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling said: "The response to Enlace Suites I is a strong validation of what today's homebuyers are looking for. They are no longer choosing a home based solely on location, but on the overall quality of life it offers. Buyers increasingly value developments that combine excellent connectivity, integrated conveniences and meaningful access to nature."

He added, “Enlace Suites II has a differentiation of product compared to Enlace Suites I in terms of sizes and layout. In Enlace Suites I, there are more dual-key units, but in Enlace Suites II, there aren't many such units.

“Next year, we will launch another residential project that will have bigger units and it will be opposite the Enlace integrated development and next to the Urban Park.”

Facilities within the development include a 50-metre lap pool, Jacuzzi, hammock garden, a co-working studio and artificial intelligence-powered closed-circuit television surveillance systems.

The project connects to major expressways including the New Pantai Expressway, Federal Highway and Damansara-Puchong Expressway, and is located near the proposed MRT Pantai Dalam station.
