EdgeProp Singapore recognises top-performing property agents at the third Realtor’s Roundtable

For many Singaporeans, buying or selling a property is one of the most significant financial decisions they make. In an increasingly complex property market, choosing the right adviser is just as important as choosing the right property.

EdgeProp Singapore has presented the third edition of its Realtors’ Roundtable (RRT), an independent platform established to help consumers identify trusted real estate professionals based on performance, professionalism and client service.

“With so much data, technology and artificial intelligence available, where does the value of a property agent come from? I believe the answer is trust,” says Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp.

“A trusted professional gives people confidence,” he adds.

Now in its third year, the Realtors’ Roundtable continues to recognise real estate professionals who have consistently demonstrated strong performance, professionalism and a commitment to client service. With more than 36,000 registered real estate salespersons in Singapore, only a select group qualifies for the Realtors' Roundtable each year.

Eligibility is determined by a realtor's production, comprising commission and overriding commission earned during the qualifying period. Strong and consistent production is one indicator of a proven track record in helping clients achieve their property goals, while overriding commission also recognises those who mentor and develop their teams.

To ensure the integrity of the recognition, applicants are required to submit their commission and overriding income for assessment. The figures are verified with their respective agencies or against their official income statements, before undergoing a second round of independent verification by the Official Knowledge Partner, KPMG Singapore.

Members are recognised across three qualification tiers based on their production during the assessment period.

Beyond annual performance, this year's Realtors’ Roundtable also recognises sustained excellence and emerging talent within the profession.

This year's event introduces three new accolades. The RRT Milestone Award is presented to members who have qualified for the Realtors' Roundtable for three consecutive years, while the RRT Titan Award is presented to members who have maintained their Millionaire Member status for three consecutive years.

The event also continues to recognise emerging talent through the RRT Young Achiever Award, presented to Realtors’ Roundtable members aged 30 or below (based on the calendar year). The award celebrates young real estate professionals who have achieved outstanding sales performance early in their careers while meeting the rigorous qualifying criteria.

A total of 425 real estate professionals qualified for this year's Realtors' Roundtable, comprising 230 members from Singapore and 195 members from Malaysia. In Singapore, the number of qualified members increased by 62% year-on-year, underscoring the Realtors’ Roundtable’s growing recognition and the increasing number of real estate professionals meeting its rigorous qualifying standards.

The event was supported by partners McLaren Singapore, Anthony Law Corporation, The Assembly Place, Makeover Inc, LytePay and Circular Law Chambers, as well as supporting agencies across Singapore and Malaysia.
