Chin Hin Group Property tops out Ayanna Resort Residences, targets 2Q2027 handover

PETALING JAYA (Sept 1): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has topped out Ayanna Resort Residences in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, with the development targeted for handover in the second quarter of 2027.

It said in a press release that the RM732.1 million gross development value (GDV) project had recorded a 95% take-up rate, the property developer said in a statement.

Located on 4.9 acres of freehold land along Jalan Mas, Ayanna Resort Residences comprises 824 units across two high-rise towers. Block A is a 42-storey tower with 333 units, while the 44-storey Block B has 491 units.

CHGP said the topping out marks the completion of structural works for the residential towers and the project's transition into the final stages of construction.

“Reaching the structural topping-out milestone of Ayanna Resort Residences marks a pivotal chapter for Chin Hin Group Property. The 95% take-up rate reflects the trust homebuyers have placed in our commitment to quality, innovative layout concepts and timely delivery,” said CHGP executive director Chang Tze Yoong.

Chang said the development was designed around Malaysian community living, combining recreational facilities with sustainable design and nature-inspired landscaping.

Ayanna Resort Residences features a 1.3-acre recreational park inspired by the traditional Malaysian community padang, with an interactive water stream, tropical landscaping and wellness facilities.

The development also incorporates what CHGP calls a “Semi-D in the Sky” concept, with extended outer perimeter walls and corner openings designed to increase natural daylight and ventilation while providing greater privacy between units.

CHGP said Ayanna Resort Residences has obtained GreenRE certification for its energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable design and green building practices.

With structural works completed, construction will proceed with architectural façade and exterior envelope works, mechanical and electrical fittings, and interior unit fit-outs.

Landscaping works for the recreational park and interactive stream area will also commence as the project progresses towards completion.
