Sime Darby Property unveils first ready-built factories at BBR Business Park

PETALING JAYA (Sept 8): Sime Darby Property Bhd has unveiled Prestige Collection 1, a new industrial offering at its BBR Business Park in Bandar Bukit Raja, Selangor.

Comprising ready-built semidee factories spanning 5,040 sq ft, Prestige Collection 1 is the developer's first ready-built factory offering within BBR Business Park, said Sime Darby Property In a recent press release.

The development was unveiled at the Bandar Bukit Raja Industrial & Commercial Connect 2026 event, where Sime Darby Property also previewed Quadria II, a collection of four-storey semidee and detached shopoffices in Bandar Bukit Raja 2.

BBR Business Park forms part of the wider 5,333-acre Bandar Bukit Raja township. The former is a 988-acre managed industrial park that has been recognised as Malaysia’s first GreenRE Platinum-rated industrial development.   

The developer said Bandar Bukit Raja is home to industrial players including ESR, Vinda, SATO, Big Dutchman and Neways.

“BBR Business Park is master planned with sustainability and innovation at its core, bringing together green infrastructure and a managed industrial environment to create a future-ready ecosystem for businesses,” said Sime Darby Property's BBR Business Park head of township Amir Siddiq Baharain in the statement.
