GEM Residences 55% sold

PETALING JAYA (June 28): The GEM Residences condominium jointly developed by Gamuda Land, Evia Real Estate and Maxdine Pte Ltd, in Toa Payoh, Singapore, has achieved a take-up rate of 55% since its launch on May 28, said Gamuda Land in a statement today.

GEM Residences comprises 578 units spread over two blocks, with unit layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom types, and two penthouses.

Built-ups for the units range from 452 sq ft to 2,045 sq ft with prices starting from S$578,000 (RM1.7 million) or S$1,426 psf.

“There are a lot of choices in the market these days and developers need to be more creative than ever to capture the attention of potential buyers. There will also be an on-site pay as you go car rental service, on-demand food and grocery delivery service, housekeeping service, home spa treatments, an in-house medical care service offering free weekly consultations, free yoga, dance and swimming classes, as well as cooking demonstrations.

“One of the most innovative features of GEM Residences is the facilities for pets in the form of a residents-only pet pool and pet exercise area,” Chow added.

Other amenities include a clubhouse with a gourmet kitchen, gymnasium, 50m lap pool, salt water Jacuzzi, kids’ pool and playground, eight outdoor cooking areas with charcoal barbeque and teppanyaki hotplate equipment as well as community edible gardens.

“Purchasers of GEM Residences are also entitled to a whole year of free golf at the Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club in Iskandar Puteri, Johor,” said Chow.
