Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong is located in Bandar Puchong Jaya, with neighbours including IOI Business Park, Binary College and Institute Astin.

According to the negotiators who jointly closed the deal, the business park was completed and handed over in 2009.

“The landlords were investors. The unit was put up for sale about a year ago, with the original asking price of RM3.2 million. However, they agreed to let it go at RM2.9 million recently because they needed the money to make another investment,” said P S Gan of Full Homes Realty Sdn Bhd (Bandar Puchong Jaya Branch), who deemed the transaction price as reasonable.

Casper Yee of HASB Consultants Sdn Bhd (Selangor) said the average asking prices for similar units in the same area range from RM2.8 million to RM3.2 million.

He added that the buyer will occupy the ground floor and basement parking, while the other three floors will continue to be leased to existing tenants.
