KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): S P Setia Bhd today unveiled its high-end condominium project, Setia Sky Seputeh,at a preview tonight. The project in Taman Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur will be officially launched next month.
Setia Sky Seputeh is located on a 4.8-acre freehold site in Taman Seputeh. It is a high-end, high-rise luxury condominium comprising 290 units of “sky villas” spread across two towers (37 storeys each) with a gross development value (GDV) of RM950 million.
“For this upcoming launch, we are only launching Tower A, which comprises 145 units of condominiums with a GDV of RM470 million. We are targeting upgraders and owner-occupiers who are currently staying in the surrounding area of Taman Seputeh and neighbouring township of Bangsar,” said S P Setia divisional general manager Paul Soh during the preview event today at Setia International Centre.
He added that residents will enjoy utmost privacy as each floor at Setia Sky Seputeh will only house four to six units of with each unit is serviced by its own private lift lobby. All units are large and based on an open plan concept with wide balconies to maximise the view.
“Purchasers will also be spoilt for choice with a selection of six generously proportioned layout ranging from 2,300 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft and priced from RM2.99 million to RM3.6 million, or about RM1,300 psf. Each unit will be allotted three to four parking bays to ensure that every family member will not have to go through the hassle of searching for a parking bay,” Soh said.
Facilities include one of Malaysia’s longest man-made sandy beaches in a high-rise development, swimming pool, reflection pool, Jacuzzi, heated aqua gym, sky gym, gourmet kitchen, study room, and game room.
The development is surrounded by amenities like a megamall, F&B outlets, convention centre, hotels and transportation hub within walking distance.
The development is situated just 500m away from Mid Valley City and about 4km to KL Eco City. These are connected to an LRT station and KTM Komuter station.
“S P Setia will be investing into improving the current pedestrian crossing at Jalan Syed Putra so that Setia Sky Seputeh home owners can take a walk to Mid Valley if they like to. In addition, Setia will also upgrade and enhance Jalan Taman Seputeh,” Soh said
Setia Sky Seputeh is well connected via major highways such as the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway and SPRINT Highway. It is also located within an 8km radius to affluent neighbourhoods such as Kuala Lumpur City Centre, KL Sentral, Bangsar and Damansara Heights.
The project’s construction will commence in 4Q2016, with targeted delivery by 4Q2020.
"We have received quite a number of registrations and based on their profiles, I believe half will be gone (sale) once it is officially launched in September," said S P Setia sales and marketing head Daniel Ong.
Soh also added that he is confident with the take up of the first block, and plans to launch the second and last block before the end of this year.
