KSL Holdings, Signature Kitchen draw crowd to Maple Residences

PETALING JAYA (Sept 28): Property developer KSL Holdings Bhd and Signature Kitchen hosted a preview of Maple Residences in Bandar Bestari, Klang on Sept 27.

According to a statement, Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of KSL Holdings, has teamed up with Signature Kitchen to host an exclusive party at the Maple Residences, providing guests with a preview of Maple Residences Type A and Type B units.

Sitting on 4.5 acres of freehold land, the Maple Residences comprises three blocks of serviced apartments with a gross development value (GDV) of RM500 million. The project is part of the Canary Garden Commercial City, a freehold integrated commercial development which features the proposed KSL City Mall 2 and modern retail shops.

The preview showcased different housing units and a cooking demo by AFC celebrity chef, Sherson Lian. There were also live band performances, caricature drawings and light refreshments.

As part of the collaboration, owners of The Maple Residences Type A units will receive a promotional package of a RM12,000 cash voucher for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, while Type B unit owners will receive a RM15,000 cash voucher, all by Signature Kitchen.
