Core SoHo Suites

PETALING JAYA (Oct 31): KIP Group’s latest development — Core SoHo (Small-office Home-office) Suites in Kota Warisan, Sepang, is well-received with 80% of Tower B’s units taken-up, according to the group’s director Valerie Ong.

The 3.2-acre Core Soho Suites has a gross development value (GDV) of RM190 million. The freehold development comprises two blocks, Block A (288 units) and Block B (178 units), with built-up sizes of 450 sq ft.

“With an attractive price starting from RM530 psf, Core SoHo Suites is the first SoHo suite development in the Sepang area and has attracted buyers who are seeking their first home or for investment opportunity,” Ong told via email.

Tower B was opened for preview early this year and was launched in Oct 22. The development is expected to be completed by 2019.

Targeting young professionals and executives, Tower B of Core Soho Suites has a minimum selling price of RM238,800.

Valerie OngAll units come with partially furnished fittings and one carpark is allocated to each unit.

As for Tower A, Ong said the property is scheduled to be launched when 90% sales of Tower B is achieved.

Ong noted that the demand for small residential units is increasing due to the younger generation’s preference for such homes for their personal space.

“Smaller residential units are easier to maintain and SoHo units are also suitable for the young entrepreneur who want a work and living space of his or her own,” she added.

Situated in the Sepang area, Core SoHo Suites is located near various amenities such as KIP Mart, which will start operation by early next year, Kuala Lumpur International Outlet, Mitsui Outlet, Sepang F1 circuit and Kuala Lumpur international airports.

Besides this, the development is also near renowned universities such as INTI International University, Nilai University College, University Sains Islam Malaysia, Lim Kok Wing University of Creative Technology, Multimedia University and Xiamen University Malaysia Campus.

Ong noted that Core SoHo Suites could have good potential in terms of capital appreciation due to its good location — proximity to tertiary education institutions and various amenities.

Going forward, she said Kota Warisan will the one of the fastest developing townships in the Sepang area due to its strategic location close to the international airports, various amenities and job opportunities.
