Epic Residence

PETALING JAYA (Nov 15): Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd’s Epic Residence serviced apartment development in its Bukit Puchong township is scheduled for completion in April 2017, the developer said in a statement.

Epic Residence is a luxury two block, 21-storey serviced apartment project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM180 million.

The project has 300 units of serviced apartments comprising a mixture of studio, 2-bedroom, duplex and a 5+1 penthouse units with built-ups ranging from 624 sq ft to 2,475 sq ft. Prices start from RM479,000.

According to the developer, Epic Residence was launched April 2014 and has recorded a take-up rate of 70%.

“As they say, seeing is believing and through our Epic Residence project, we hope to enhance the lifestyle of the residents, providing them security, convenience, cleanliness and excellent customer service.

“Epic Residence is in line with Bukit Puchong Development’s masterplan, incorporating a vibrant commercial enclave and business hub,” said Bukit Hitam Development general manager Wong Chiew Meng in a statement today.

Last weekend, the developer had organised a pool party for guests to celebrate the completion of Epic Residence’s facilities floor, which features an infinity pool, gym, reading room, games room, nursery and children’s playground.

Amenities located near the project include Taylor’s International School, Tesco Hypermarket Bukit Puchong, Setia Walk Commercial Hub, IOI Mall, Taylor’s Lakeside University Campus, SRJK (C) Sin Ming and Monash University.

Guests who booked a unit during the pool party were also given RM10,000 worth of rebates and incentives.
