OCR Land’s Flexus Signature Suites @ Jalan Kuching slated for completion in 2Q2017

PETALING JAYA (Dec 5): OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd’s Flexus Signature Suites project will be completed in the second quarter of 2017, as it enters its final stage of development marked with a “topping-up” ceremony today.

Located along Jalan Kuching, Flexus is a freehold project with a gross development value of RM147 million. 

“Flexus’ locality is primed for fast growth, with its potential value appreciation expected to be driven by its strategic location — surrounded by various mega projects such as KL Metropolis, and accessibility and amenities around the mature neighbourhood,” said its property development director Kevin Ong in a statement. 

Targeting young homebuyers, Flexus is a 20-storey signature suite with 286 units ranging from 477 sq ft to 1,087 sq ft. Prices start from RM467,920. To date, the project has registered a take-up rate of 85%.
