George Kent (Malaysia) Bhd (KL:GKENT) has secured a RM45.5 million contract from Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd for the Kwasa Damansara township development in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
Solid Automotive Bhd (KL:SOLID) said it is acquiring 4.69 acres of freehold land in Klang from Top Glove Corp Bhd (KL:TOPGLOV) for RM15.92 million.

The two nominees are Ng Cheng Shin and Ooi Hoot Kuang.

The MOU, which was signed on Feb 2 with Solarvest and focused on developing a green industrial township within DESA 100, is now considered irrelevant due to the land sale.
