Port Klang is one of the busiest container ports in the world and it is also a hotspot for industrial properties. The Port has access to major areas of the Klang Valley through various highways such as the Federal Highway and frequent bus and KTM service.

Concluded by Hugo Siow of CID Realtors Sdn Bhd, this semi-furnished unit was sold by the previous owner as the company was scaling down their business.

When concluding the deal, the new buyer was glad that the unit was in a semi-furnished condition. The renovations made on the factory were minimal which therefore proves to be no hassle for the current owner to move in and operate their business.

Besides the good condition and layout of the factory, its location was also an important factor for its accessibility.

“The buyer is looking for a suitable area for a logistic hub as the buyer’s business involves importing stocks that come directly from Port Klang. Therefore, the buyer selected a place in the middle of Port Klang with an easy accessibility to the highway,” said Siow.

Siow also added that this was a good deal as the normal market value for factories in this particular area are normally priced around RM17 million.
