Developed by WZR Group, The Earth is a mixed-development of commercial and condominium components located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Its esidential component consists of Harlequin, Impiana Sky Residensi and Paraiso Residence while there are 46 shop units within the project. 

Danny Gan from PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd shared that the purchaser wanted to relocate its business from Johor to the Klang Valley. 

“The buyers were acquiring the asset to relocate from Johor as they wanted to consolidate their business into four departments with a four-storey shop unit.”

With such an intention, Gan shared it was a good deal for them as Bukit Jalil is a growing area.

“This is a high-growth area with many upcoming high-rise mixed developments by LTAT (Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera), Berjaya Group and Exsim Group. 

“It is also located between the high-skill talents of Technology Park Malaysia and Puchong Financial Corporate Centre as well as notable neighbourhoods such as Taman Yarl and The Earth.”

Additionally, The Earth is also connected with Pavilion Bukit Jalil with a link bridge, making accessibility for visitors easier.

On the previous owner, Gan shared that the sellers had decided to divest the asset as they were retiring.
