Mercu 2 is a Grade A office tower in KL Eco City, which is a mixed development connected to the Abdullah Hukum LRT (light rail transit) station and Mid Valley Megamall via a footbridge. Developed by S P Setia Bhd, it received the MSC Cybercentre status in October 2021. 

PropNex Realty Victor Lim said the tenant chose this unit in KL Eco City because of its condition and accessibility. 

“The tenant loved this unit because of its fully-furnished move-in condition, reasonable rental rate and close proximity to an LRT station,” said Lim.  

In addition, it was already provided with facilities that suited the tenant’s business needs as an accounting services company. 

For the landlord, it was great as he managed to get a replacement right after the previous tenant had vacated, said Lim. 

As of early-May 2022, there were four units at Mercu 2 listed for rent in EdgeProp.my with an average monthly asking rate of RM75,098 or RM7.50 psf. No units were listed for sale.
