Located in the township of Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Kajang, the Banyan Close is a development with aesthetically unique designs. 

Badrul Hisyam Roslan (REN 18461) (019-779 1889) of MN Associates Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, said that the owners sold the unit  because the couple wanted to downsize to a smaller house for easier management and maintenance after their children have all got married and moved out. 

The buyer liked the unit because it was near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which was convenient for him because he worked overseas. 

“This was a good deal for the buyer because it was the only freehold bungalow development in Bangi that was nearest to the toll exit to PLUS Highway. It also came with very good security and a big land size compared to other bungalows nearby,” Badrul added.

As of mid-September, there were four listings of Banyan Close bungalow units on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,450,000 or RM483.80 psf. Meanwhile, there was no rental listing.
