Kwok added that it was a good deal as the buyer liked the fact that the unit “was considered new” since no one lived there before and renovations can be carried out based on his preference.
As of early September, there were two listings of landed units in Taman Dutamas on EdgeProp.my, with an average asking price of RM1.66 million or RM325 psf. There was no rental listing.
