BK4 or better known as Bandar Kinrara 4 is a development located strategically in the enclave of Puchong. This area is surrounded by an array of amenities and convenience. 

According to Ahmad Fikri Amer Hamzah (REN 19341) (012-578 7390) of Hunt Properties Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the owners were selling their property with the purpose of generating an income. 

“The house has always been rented out since its purchase,” added Ahmad Fikri. 

Meanwhile, the buyer is familar with the location of the property, having lived nearby and was therefore interested to purchase the corner double storey terrace unit. It was also a good deal for both parties since the property exchanged hands at a bit below the market value while the sellers got the price they wanted.

As of mid-September, there were 100 for-sale listings of Bandar Kinrara landed units on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM 1,004,012 or RM 7,406.13 psf. There were nine rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM 2,109.09 or RM 1.20 psf.
