Taman Impian Ehsan is a housing area located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, surrounded by shoplots and industrial buildings. The factory transacted in this deal is located strategically in the Taman Impian Ehsan vicinity.

Felix Wong (REN 13844) (012-328 5852) of Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, said the owner of the 2-storey factory office at Balakong wanted to rent it out as he was retiring and wanted to cease his current business. Meanwhile the tenant liked the property due to its suitability for his business operations as well as the reasonable rental price.

Overall, Wong feels that this is a good deal as both the landlord and tenant were satisfied with the terms. 

As of the end of November, there were 13 for-sale listings for factories in Taman Impian Ehsan on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM8,164,437 or RM 573.67 psf. Meanwhile, there were also rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM26,727.27 or RM2.15 psf.
