Bandar Putra Permai is a township in Seri Kembangan located in between Serdang and Putrajaya. The terrace home in this deal is surrounded by an array of conveniences.

According to Jason Tan Hui Yang (REN 33157) (012-577 5107) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the owner sold the unit as he already moved to another area and felt that the property was too far from his current home for him to manage. The buyer liked this unit owing to its end-lot design, ample parking and the renovation done to it. 

Tan deemed the deal to be good as both parties were satisfied and though it was a landed property, the buyer still managed to buy it at a price of his liking.  

As of the beginning of January, there were 84 for-sale listings for terrace houses at Bandar Putra Permai on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM664,035 or RM366.54 psf. Meanwhile, there were four rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,962.50 or RM1.61psf.
