Laman Rimbunan is a mixed residential development where its houses are within a gated community in the vicinity of Kepong Metropolitan Park. The residential area is located within close proximity to a vast array of amenities.

Sam Liew (REN38055) (017-428 9918) of The Marq International Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, said the previous owner sold the unit as he was moving into a bigger home. Meanwhile, the buyer was keen on the property owing to its mature neighbourhood and reasonable price. 

Liew felt that this was a good deal as the property is fully-furnished and well maintained. It  was fully extended for almost RM200,000, which was the price eight years ago.

As of end-January, there were six for-sale listings for properties at Laman Rimbunan, Kepong on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,054,500 or RM327.43 psf.
