Situated in SS16, the city centre of Subang Jaya, Subang Olives is surrounded by high-rise condominiums and serviced apartments. 

According to Liew Richmond (REN 54418) (017-285 7870) of Reapfield Properties, who concluded the deal, the owner was renting out the unit as she was currently not using the property. The tenant liked the unit as it was cosy and homely. Liew deemed the deal good as it benefitted both parties. 

As of end-January, there were 95 for sale listings for properties at Subang Olives on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM737,156 or RM570.69 psf. Meanwhile, there were also 31 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,114.51 or RM2.32 psf.
