Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Damai Complex is a development that primarily consists of shops and offices.

According to Gurumurthi Munusamy (REN 55146) (011-208 63931) of Metro City Realtors Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner sold the four-storey property as he was migrating. The buyer liked the unit owing to its strategic location in Kuala Lumpur. 

Gurumurthi felt the deal was concluded smoothly as both parties stood to gain from it. The owner was able to sell the property and the buyer could get a four-storey unit for an affordable price, which was difficult to get in the city centre of Kuala Lumpur.

As of mid-February, there was one for sale listing for properties at Damai Complex on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM565,000 or RM1,125.5psf. Meanwhile, there were also two rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM13,500 or RM5.60 psf.
