Mohd Zawazif (REN 41682) (011-122 66033) of MN Associates Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, said the previous owner sold the unit as he was upgrading to a new home. The buyer, however, likes the house given its good condition as well as its strategic location. 

Zawazif said this was a good deal since the buyer bought at below market price while the previous owner was able to peacefully sell the property. 

As of mid-February, there were 11 for sale listings for properties at Taman Rembia Perkasa on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM283,262 or RM253.45 psf.
