The warehouse is located strategically at the industrial area of Jalan Bangi in Semenyih, Selangor. 

Winson Yong Teck Seng (REN 05976) (016-233 2932) of CID Realtors Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, said the previous owner took the opportunity to sell the warehouse when the buyer offered to take it over. The buyer on the other hand, was interested in the property because it has the potential for capital appreciation and the size is not too large for investment. 

Winson deemed the deal a good one as the warehouse is well maintained and located near the toll exit of the nearest highway.

As of mid-February, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Jalan Bangi on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM6,530,000 or RM460.64 psf. Meanwhile, there were also 67 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM36,087.42 or RM1.27psf.
