According to Sam Liew (REN 38055) (017-428 9918) of The Marq International Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, the previous owner sold the unit for capital gain, while the buyer felt the property has the potential for more capital gain and be sold for a good rental yield. 

Liew deemed the deal a good one owing to the matured and strategic location of the property. 

As of early March, there were two for-sale listings for properties at Residensi Sentrum, Kepong on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM6,000,000 or RM789.73 psf. Meanwhile, there were also a rental listing with an average monthly rent of RM2,000 or RM1.21 psf.
