Taman Desa Minang is a well-established neighbourhood in Batu Caves, Selangor, hosting affordable homes and industrial areas. 

According to Muhammad Fahmie (REN 27500) (012-323 7189 ) of MN Associates (KL) Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner sold the unit as he already moved into a new house, while the buyer liked the property given its location near his workplace, which is just a three-minute drive. 

Fahmie felt that this was a good deal as the property has freehold status and is fully refurbished with minimum renovation needed.

As of end-February, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Taman Desa Minang on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM672,379 or RM 438.90 psf. Meanwhile, there were also three rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,500 or RM0.97 psf.
