According to Danny Gan (REN 12196) (017-356 1886) of Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner of the property wanted to expand into a larger facility. The buyer had been looking for a suitable warehouse space for the longest time in Shah Alam.
Owing to the fact that it is difficult to get land measuring 1.5 acres in the city centre of Shah Alam, Gan felt that this was a good deal as both parties benefitted from it.
As of mid-March, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM26,900,000 or RM8,780 psf. Meanwhile, there were also 100 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM13,2047.8 or RM1.95 psf.
