The factory is situated at the industrial areas of Petaling district and is linked to the Shah Alam and Klang vicinity as well. 

Danny Gan (REN 12196) (017-356 1886) of Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, said the previous owner built the warehouse with the purpose renting it out to generate recurring income under the asset management. The tenant liked the property due to its 40ft high ceiling and 10 loading bays for supply chain planning as well as its strategic location.

Gan said the deal was a win-win for all concerned, with the landlord able to cater to the tenant’s timeline to move as the latter wanted to move in to the property right before 4Q2022.
