Lucentia Residence is a high-rise development located in the enclave of Bukit Bintang City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Bukit Bintang City Centre offers a complete cosmopolitan lifestyle, encompassing modern residential suites, hotels, retail and entertainment hubs alongside an array of other conveniences.

Meifen Low Mooi Hoon (REN 06451) (012-653 0714) of EUM Realty Sdn Bhd, who sealed the deal, said that owner is renting the unit out as he is a foreign investor. Meanwhile, the tenant was interested in the unit because the residence is a new development which is within walking distance to the mall, train stations and other tourist spots around the Bukit Bintang area. 

Meifen deemed the deal good a one as the unit is newly furnished and comes with a reasonable price, owing to its location in the city centre. 

As of mid-March, there were nine for-sale listings for properties at Lucentia Residence on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,148,411 or RM1,745.32 psf. Meanwhile, there were also 19 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM3,936.84 or RM6.16 psf.
