The property is located in the posh neighbourhood of Jalan Setia Duta, Shah Alam, Selangor. It is also situated close to major highways in the Setia Alam vicinity. 

According to Jackson Lai (REN 46324) (016-783 9489) of Kith and Kin Realty Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, the owner’s father lived alone in the property and he recently bought a new bungalow in Setia Eco Park. The owner therefore decided to sell the house. Meanwhile, the buyer liked the unit because it had the space for his gardening hobby. 

Lai deemed this deal a good one as it is difficult to fulfil both parties’ needs. “It is always very difficult to get the unit next door. Since the buyer also liked the current house and if he wanted to get a bigger garden, he could only find it in another area/precinct, but luckily, we were able to get him a corner house right behind his current house,” Lai revealed. 

As of the beginning of May, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Jalan Setia Duta on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,269,590 or RM575.33 psf. Meanwhile, there were eight rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM3,725 or RM0.92 psf.
