Residensi Lavile is a condominium located in Taman Maluri, Cheras. Situated among other high-rise buildings in Kuala Lumpur, Lavile is surrounded by a myriad of conveniences. 

According to Rachel Lim (REN 61884) (016-329 8927) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd who concluded the deal, the owner was renting the unit for investment purposes, while the tenant was interested in the property because of is fully furnished and in a prime location.

Despite the rental being slightly above the market, Lim believes the deal was good one as the unit is fully furnished with interior decoration and comes with a two-year tenancy agreement. 

As of end of May, there were 47 for-sale listings for properties at Residensi Lavile on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM846,862 or RM964.72 psf. Meanwhile, there were 100 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM3,364 or RM3.81 psf.
