As of mid May, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Tropicana Gardens on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM572,502.50 or RM631.99 psf. Meanwhile, there were 49 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,077.53 or RM2.67 psf.
