Tropicana Gardens is a developed township, rich in retail, commercial and entertainment amenities. It is also strategically located and is connected via Klang Valley’s main expressways to Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. 

According to Jodie Lau (REN 00843) (017-646 4005) of Glow Estates Sdn Bhd who concluded the deal, the property was sold as the previous owner was no longer residing in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the buyer was keen on the unit as it boasted a Seri Selangor golf club view from the living hall and master bedroom. Accessibility to shopping malls and MRT stations were also plus points for the buyer. 

Lau deemed the deal a good one as the unit also has three car park lots instead of the usual two. 

As of mid May, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Tropicana Gardens on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM572,502.50 or RM631.99 psf. Meanwhile, there were 49 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,077.53 or RM2.67 psf.
