According to Fred Chai (REN 33575) (016-335 1239) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner sold the property as he was upgrading to a bungalow home. Meanwhile, the buyer was keen on the unit given its immediate move in condition and good security in a gated and guarded community. 

Chai added that the buyer was also happy that the house has good interior designing and a well-landscaped environment. The property was also offered at an affordable price point. 

As of the end of May, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Bandar Damai Perdana on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM578,204 or RM359.60 psf. Meanwhile, there were 50 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM1,861 or RM1.16 psf.
