Situated in a posh residential area of Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Tunku or famously known as Kenny Hills, has a myriad of conveniences. 

According to Elise Leoon (REN 50195) (017-873 5589) of Kith and Kin Realty, who sealed the deal, the previous owner was selling the property as his children migrated overseas and the house was not fully occupied. The buyer was keen on the property because of the location and its family-oriented layout.

Leoon deemed the deal good one as the property also has a large swimming pool and family recreational space. 

“Other than that, the deal was transacted fairly,” said Leoon. 

As of end-May, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Bukit Tunku on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM17,300,000 or RM1,651.20 psf. Meanwhile, there were 12 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM20,833.33 or RM2.69 psf.
