The commercial land is situated nearby Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur and it comes with an array of conveniences and facilities around the area. 

According to Gurumurthi Munusamy (REN 55146) (011-208 63931) of Metro City Realtors Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, the owner is renting the land as it has been unoccupied for quite some time. The tenant was interested in the place as it is in a strategic location facing the road along Persiaran Titiwangsa.

Gurumurthi deemed the deal a good one as it was a win-win situation for owner and tenant.

As of the mid of June, there were 19 for-sale listings for properties at Persiaran Titiwangsa on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM8,320,000 or RM581.51 psf. Meanwhile, there were six rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM31,900.
