Bukit Damansara or Damansara Heights, situated approximately 5km west of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, is an affluent suburb in Malaysia. Referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Kuala Lumpur", it is currently the most desirable residential area in the city, commanding a substantial price for its properties.
Eugene Liew (E 2362) (012-282 4488) of Space Realty Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, said the unit was sold as the owner was migrating to the UK, while the buyer was keen on the property as it was seen as rental yield.
As of the beginning of July, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Bukit Damansara on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM7,779,139 or RM1,170.675 psf. Meanwhile, there were 26 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM14,500 or RM2.62 psf.
